Tripod for Welding Rotary Table

The tripod for welding rotary tables has been developed to precisely position the welding torch and enable comfortable operation. It can be mounted directly onto the welding rotary table and provides a stable yet flexible solution for various welding applications.

Design and Functions

• Round-tube design with clamps: The tripod consists of robust round tubes that can be manually adjusted and locked with clamps, allowing flexible adjustment to the desired position.
• Swivel joint at the torch holder: The welding torch holder is equipped with a swivel joint that can be adjusted in 15° increments. This makes it easier to precisely align the torch, insert or remove the workpiece, and quickly change the torch.
• Cross support for fine adjustment: An integrated cross support allows fine adjustment of the torch in two directions, each with a travel of 50 mm. This enables especially precise positioning of the torch, improving both welding quality and efficiency.

The tripod is a practical extension for welding rotary tables, combining easy handling, precise torch positioning, and optimal operating comfort.
